Invertis Mart collects the minimum data needed to run the marketplace — nothing more. Here is what that means in practice.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address, chosen username and display name, and anything you add to your profile (department, course, bio, avatar).
- Contact details: your phone number only if you choose to add it, and whether you allow it to be visible to other users. By default your number stays private — chats happen inside the platform.
- Listings, requests, and service profiles: titles, descriptions, prices, photos, and availability you publish.
- Messages: conversations between buyers and sellers, so both sides can see their history and we can investigate reports of abuse.
- Reviews, favorites, and reports: who you rated or saved, and what you reported, to run trust badges and moderation.
- Support tickets: your email and the description you submit when you ask for help.
We don’t collect anything else — no location tracking, no payment card details, no advertising profiles.
2. Who processes your data
The platform runs on Supabase (hosted database, authentication, and file storage). Supabase processes your data on our behalf to provide the service. Your data is stored in Supabase’s cloud infrastructure and is subject to their security practices. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.
3. What other users can see
- Your public profile: username, display name, avatar, bio, department/course, ratings, and your public listings.
- Your phone number: only if you mark it visible, and then only as you configured it in your contact preferences.
- Message partners can see your messages to them and your public profile.
4. Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies only — the ones needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Your controls
- Edit or delete your profile, listings, requests, and reviews at any time from your account.
- Delete messages and conversations from your own view.
- Request full account deletion via support — this removes your profile, listings, messages, and reviews. Deletion is irreversible.
6. No sale of data
We do not sell your personal data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. Your data is used only to operate the marketplace and keep it safe.
7. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the new version will appear on this page with a new “last updated” date.
